(1) Member can choose to order off the restaurant menu.
(2) Member can choose to eat a non-menu dinner. If the non-menu meal is selected, that member will be billed at the beginning of a quarter at the rate of $8.00 per meal. A member can receive credit for any meals missed, if cancelled a week in advance.
All guests will be charged $8.00 per meal.
Dues
There is no admission fee. Semi-annual dues are $45.00.
Make-ups
If you plan to travel and make-up meetings and want proof of membership, the Secretary will provide you with membership verification. A list of make-up locations can be found on the RI or district web site.
Guests
You are invited to bring guests to our Rotary meetings. When you bring a guest, fill out the guest register. When guests are announced during the meeting, you should stand and introduce the guest. You will need to pay for your guest’s meal. If your guest is a visiting Rotarian, obtain a make-up card from the Club Secretary for them to take back to their club.
Programs
Each member will be asked to be responsible for presenting one or more programs a year. The Club President will schedule which month the member will have a program. If you have been selected as the monthly programs chair person, you will be responsible for ensuring that all program dates have been filled and that this information be provided for the club bulletin.
Presenters should arrive at the meeting early, and should sit with their guest speaker. If the presenter is unavailable on the day of the scheduled program, please make arrangements with a fellow Rotarian to introduce the program in your absence. Sponsoring a New Member
Please present the name of prospective members in writing to the Secretary for membership.
The board will ensure that the proposal meets all classification and membership requirements.
If approved by the Board, the prospect will complete an application card. The name of the prospective member will be announced at a regular meeting.
If no written objection is made to the President within seven days, the prospective member is automatically admitted to the club and the candidates are deemed new members upon payment of fees and dues. |
